To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months, we offer 2nd Day Air. We may also delay shipments if the heat is excessive.
The 2007 wines have an intense concentration and beautiful extract, but are also elegant, with balanced tannins. The Renteria Mt Veeder follows this style, along with a full body and silkiness. The aromas are full of black fruits with fresh jammy, licorice and vanilla notes. The supple tannins and excellent depth will allow the wine to age very well for the next decade or so.

The natural acidity from wines in the area is a perfect complement to the intensity of the tannins. The wines from 2008 will be more long lived wines, having lower alcohol and less tannin than in 2007. The wine is fresh, lively and balanced with soft tannins and layers of textures. The characteristic Stags Leap flavors are dark stone fruits and bramble berries. This berry aroma is especially present in the Renteria Cabernet.
